THE 'CROWN OF THORNS'

THE ONLY TIMES YOU WILL SEE 'CROWN' IN THE GOSPEL BOOKS HAVE TO DO WITH JESUS PUTTING ON THE 'CROWN OF THORNS'.

Matthew 27:29

And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!

Mark 15:17

And they clothed him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put it about his head,

John 19:2

And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe,

John 19:5

Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man!

JUST LIKE HE BECAME SIN SO WE CAN BECOME THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM

HE WAS MADE CURSE FOR US SO WE CAN INHERIT THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM

HE BECAME POOR SO WE CAN BE RICH

BY HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED

SO IF CHRIST WORE THE CROWN OF THORNS IN THE PROCESS OF SAVING YOU, YOUR HEAD CANNOT BE CROWNLESS IN HEAVEN.

YOUR PURPOSE IS INCLUDED IN GRACE.

2 Tim 1:

9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
