KEEP IT SIMPLE, SIR.

KEEP IT SIMPLE, SIR.

(This is to teachers of law who get saints more confused with big grammar; Have you discovered Grace Teachers do not struggle to express the beauty of Christ ?)

GOD DESIGNED HIS GRACE TO BE SIMPLE WHEN YOU SIMPLY RECEIVE IT (HIM).

1 Corinthians 2The Message (MSG)
2 1-2 You’ll remember, friends, that when I first came to you to let you in on God’s master stroke, I didn’t try to impress you with polished speeches and the latest philosophy. I DELIBERATELY KEPT IT PLAIN AND SIMPLE: FIRST JESUS AND WHO HE IS; THEN JESUS AND WHAT HE DID—JESUS CRUCIFIED.

1 Corinthians 2Living Bible (TLB)
2 Dear brothers, even when I first came to you I didn’t use lofty words and brilliant ideas to tell you God’s message.  2 For I decided that I would speak only of Jesus Christ and his death on the cross.

1 Corinthians 2Expanded Bible (EXB)

The Message of Christ’s Death
2 Dear brothers and sisters, when I came to you, I did not come preaching God’s ·secret[a] [mystery; C something God had not previously disclosed; Eph. 1:9] with ·fancy [superior; eloquent] words or a show of human wisdom.  2 [L For] I ·decided [resolved] that while I was with you I would ·forget about everything [L not know anything] except Jesus Christ and his death on the cross.

TRY GRACE, BABA.
